Overall control of the company, specialising in sales, customer liaison and quoting.

General Manager - Dawn Davies
Responsible for the company 's day to day operation, customer liaison and some quoting. Following production and responsibe for the company's finance.

Workshop Manager - Chris Michell
Responsible for the day to day control of the workshop including pattern and tooling procurement for the workforce. Chris is also the company photographer and archivist.

Quality Manager - Bob Booth
Responsible for the company’s quality policy and all aspects of its implementation including auditing and CAA. Liaison between sub-contractors and customers regarding quality matters.

Tool Design and Drafting - Alan Drudge
Responsible for design and drafting of jigs and tools, also the production of replacement production drawings from patterns and the control of the drawings store.

Engineering / Stress Consultant - Ron Dack (Chartered Engineer MRAES)
Responsible for all qualification of material and manufacturing changes (generally caused by obsolescence of original materials). Also for assistance in production of modifications, production permits and concessions and CAA liaison for these aspects.

Workforce
Comprises skilled craftsmen, all apprentice time served in the aircraft industry capable in all aspects of sheet metal parts manufacture and fitting to the highest aerospace standards.
