HURRICANE

Since 1994 AA has also had the opportunity to carry out considerable work for the Hawker Hurricane. The work consisted mainly of the complete outer wing manufacture including flaps and ailerons. The orders for this work coming from Hawker Restorations in conjunction with Sir Tim Wallis's "Alpine Fighter Collection" in New Zealand, for the production of 2 complete sets of wings and a third set in kit form. Various fuselage parts and wing ribs have also been produced for every other airworthy Hurricane, bar one, worldwide - including the rebuild of B.B.M.F. MkIIc LF363, and all those currently under restoration to fly.
